Wells has a long sweeping beach bordered by pine woodland, a working harbour with fishing boats where children can fish for crabs and on the main street (Staithe Street) there isn’t a chain store in sight. With an abundance of fishermen’s cottages and narrow quaint alleyways, Wells offers proximity to numerous beautiful sandy beaches, nature trails and costal paths, where it is possible to enjoy sailing, water sports and bird watching.

The Boat House is a single-story 2 double-bedroom period cottage tucked away a few minutes stroll from the beautiful quay. We are open all year for holidays and weekend breaks.
